Every year, the Hotel de Glace (Ice Hotel) is constructed in the province of Quebec as a tourist attraction. The hotel, constructed by artists from around the world using only snow and ice, features approximately 50 guest suites with various extravagant public spaces. Each year, a province wide competition is held to select 3 student entries to be constructed. A cup of hot chocolate tips over, pouring out marshmallows and bars of chocolate, enveloping the cold space. It is a Cocoa flurry.
