Through architecture and urban design, this hub engages in innovation in housing, learning, industry and landscape. A brewery is located in the middle of the city, the beer flowing down its columns directly into the beer garden. A library is lifted up above the cityscape, emphasizing the importance of books in the pursuit of innovation. A capsule hotel accommodates cyclists in an effort to advance Vancouver’s bike culture. A landscape is peeled up from the ground, providing a vertical park with views across the city. Combined with generous pedestrian boulevards that are lined with various food, art, and retail programs, this project aims to create a fun and exciting destination for locals and tourists alike.
